Returns & Damaged Garment Policy

All Sales Are Final

BlankExpress sells wholesale blank apparel at wholesale prices. Because our garments are intended for decoration and ship directly from supplier warehouses, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour, change of mind, or over-ordering, and we do not issue refunds on delivered goods.

Please double-check styles, colours, sizes, and quantities before placing your order. If you have any doubt about a product, email info@blankexpress.ca first and we'll gladly help you choose.

Damaged or Defective Garments

If a garment arrives with a hole, tear, stain, seam failure, or other manufacturing defect, we will ship you a new one free of charge. Here's how it works:

  1. Within 5 days of delivery, send us clear photos of the damage plus a photo of the inside size label. You can upload them through the chat on this site, or email info@blankexpress.ca with your order number.
  2. Our quality control team reviews the photos. We have been in the garment business for over 10 years, and our QC process determines whether the damage qualifies as a manufacturing or shipping defect.
  3. If it qualifies, we ship a replacement of the same style, colour, and size at no cost, usually within 1 business day of approval. No need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.

Damage caused after delivery, during decoration (printing, pressing, embroidery, dyeing), or from washing, wear, or alteration does not qualify for replacement.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

Orders That Have Not Shipped

If an item on your order cannot be fulfilled or has not shipped, our team will contact you and arrange a substitution or a refund for that item. This is the only case in which a refund is issued.
